Packaging
Your order will be encased in industrial-strength high density packing foam and shipped in custom designed packages that can withstand the rigors of shipping. You won't find any cracks, dings or scratches in Decorative Concepts products. Should your fireplace mantel arrive damaged, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to resolve it quickly.

Carriers
When you order one of our stock sizes, we will ship your order using FedEx Ground services. We ship to all locations in Canada where FedEx Ground service delivers. We can ship to Alaska and Puerto Rico using a major airline carrier, but shipping costs are dramatically higher. Call for more information on shipping out of the contiguous 48 states.

Manufacturing and Shipping Schedules
Our paint-grade Builder Kit surrounds are ready to ship in 5 to 7 days. Paint-grade mantel shelves and surrounds ship are ready to ship 7 to 10 days after you place your order. Hardwood mantels and surrounds take 21 days from the time they are ordered until they are ready to ship. If you have a deadline and need us to expedite the shipping, please give us a call at (866) 328-8033 and let us know your situation and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Shipping Notification and ETA
Once a product ships, we will notify you via email and provide the FedEx tracking number or carrier information so that you can track the progress of your product and anticipate the delivery as needed. We ship everything from Boise, Idaho and find that it usually takes:

2 days to get products to surrounding states;
3 days to southern California & Arizona;
3 days to the midwest;
4 days to the central and south central states;
5 days to the east coast and deep south; and
7 days + to Canada.
